These Terms of Service govern your use of Procure+, a business management application operated by BATOLA Digital / Batola Labs.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Procure+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Procure+ service
Procure+ provides tools for procurement, inventory management, landed costs, suppliers, shipments, payments, expenses, sales, receipts, exchange rates, reports, and team access.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Business owners and authorized users are responsible for inviting and managing team members, including sellers and other roles.
Business data
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the business data you enter into Procure+. Procure+ is not responsible for business decisions made using information entered by users.
Subscriptions and free trials
Procure+ may offer paid subscriptions and promotional free trials. Subscription billing, cancellations, refunds, and renewals are handled through the app store where you subscribed, such as Google Play or Apple. If a free trial is available and you are eligible, you may be charged after the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends according to the app store’s rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Procure+, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, violate others’ rights, or use the app for fraudulent or illegal activity.
No financial, tax, or legal advice
Procure+ provides business recordkeeping and management tools. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your business.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Procure+ at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BATOLA Digital / Batola Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of Procure+.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk for Procure+, other users, or our service providers.
