How Procure+ handles account, business, subscription, and support information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Procure+ collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Procure+ mobile application and related services.

Information we collect

How we use information

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Procure+, including hosting/database providers, email delivery providers such as Resend, subscription infrastructure such as RevenueCat, and app store billing providers such as Google Play and Apple. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple, depending on your device. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Subscription status may be shared with RevenueCat to manage access to paid features.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, when required by law, to protect our rights and users, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Procure+, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. You may request deletion of your account or business data by contacting support.

Your choices

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Procure+ is intended for business users and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

Account Deletion

You can initiate deletion of your Procure+ account from within the app by opening Business Settings and selecting Delete Account.

When an account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal account information that is no longer needed, such as identifying profile and sign-in information. Business transaction and operational records, such as purchases, inventory, sales, payments, expenses, reports, and audit records, may be retained in anonymized form where necessary for business recordkeeping, integrity of shared business records, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security.

If you are a member of a business shared with other users, deletion removes your access while preserving shared business records. If you own a business with other active members, you may need to transfer ownership before deleting your account.

Deleting your Procure+ account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be managed separately through your app store account.
